REDEF UK is the first international chapter of the Redefinition Leadership and Education Foundation, bringing eight years of community, mentorship, and transformation to the United Kingdom.
From Lagos to London
Since 2018, the Redefinition Leadership and Education Foundation has helped young people in Nigeria gain clarity in identity, direction, and responsibility. Through nine conference editions, a mentorship academy, and community outreach, more than 2,500 lives have been touched.
In 2026, that movement crossed borders. REDEF UK brings the same culture of intentional growth to the United Kingdom, for the diaspora and for every young person here searching for purpose and community.
